12:30 Lunch (usually on the bus: chapati/bread, coffee/tea, bananas)
1:15-6 or 6:30 Training II
7:30 Dinner: rice, sorgum mash, beans, gritty greens, boiled and then fried potatoes and
Tons of information and I’m struggling with keeping it all in context and know what I should hang onto and what I should just let wash over me…I wish I could just relax and go with the flow. Unfortunately this is not one of the qualities that came paired with my inquisitive nature!
