They overbooked our connecting flight from Panama to Los Angeles. I had a few days until i HAD to be back and Jo doesn’t have a schedule….so we each snagged:
- $400 in flight credits
- 5-Star Hotel Accommodations
- Meals
- Taxi to and from the airport
- Exit tax ($25)
- Tour of Panama Canal
- Upgrade to 1st Class on return flight the following day.
We enjoyed our day at the 5-star hotel, lounging by the pool and great meals, then a tour of the Panama Canal – awesome!!!
Not only did we get one day of luxury, but two! Yes, the flight the following day was overbooked as well! We were happy to stay!!! 🙂
[Sorry to report that the $800 in flight credits went to waste. Didn’t realize that there was a time limit on them, still a little chapped about that.]
